Chippewa is a half-high blueberry bush. The berries ripen in the middle part of the blueberry harvest season. This bush will yield 5 to 8 pounds of berries per year. The size of the berries are medium with a good sweet flavor. When the Chippewa matures it will reach a height of 3 to 4 feet, with an upright compact shape. In the fall the leaves will turn red.
