If I Could Plant Only One Kind

    Posted by K. A. Dayton on 27th Dec 2018

I ALWAYS plant heritage raspberries. They do have thorns but are the absolutely, most reliable raspberries I have ever planted. North, or South, they always bear, and plentifully enough to share, for which my neighbors are thankful. They make great jellies, jams and sauce, if you can keep from eating them all right off the bush, and freeze as well as any raspberries do. If there were only one kind I could plant, Heritage would be the one.
