Shipping & Returns



We can ship to virtually any address in the country. We ship in the contental US via FedEx. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via USPS (priority mail), if your order consits of more than one box, additonal fees will apply. 

When you place an order, you may select when you would like to recieve your plants. Colder zones may be withheld due to weather and shipped in Spring. We advise that you plant after late frost. Requesting shipment of plants in Winter is at your plants risk for zones 2-7. 

Also, note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We cannot ship Gooseberries to AZ,CA,DE,FL,ME,MA,MI,NV,NH,NJ,NM,NY,NC,RI,WV


Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

All cancelled orders are subject to a 5% credit card return fee. No returns accepted without prior approval. There is a 10% restocking fee for all returns, and no refund on shipping charges for returned items.


We want you to be satisfied with your plants. Read our care instructions attentively to grow healthy, productive plants. If your plants were damaged during shipping, take pictures upon their arrival. We will provide a merchandise credit for the full amount of your purchase price. This is valid within one month of you receiving your order. All blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, gooseberries, elderberries, lingonberries, kiwis, figs, muscadine, strawberries, and honeyberries are included in this credit policy.


We will either send replacement plants if applicable, refund your payment, or apply a credit on your account towards future purchases.


You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund in the form of store credit for your order amount. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
