Polaris is a half-high blueberry bush. The berries ripen in the early part of the blueberry harvest season. This bush will yield 4 to 7 pounds of berries per year. The size of the berries is medium- -large with a very good sweet flavor. When the Polaris matures it will reach a height of 3 to 4 feet, with an upright compact shape. In the fall the leaves will turn red.

Received Polaris in excellent condition. The half highs will make gorgeous fall foliage. I made sure to plant it the required distance from five other half high varieties for pollination. As always, if I require any extra information, I call and speak to the very knowledgeable customer service staff, and they are very good about answering my questions and helping me to pick out a good pollinator. Kind, courteous and very helpful. I absolutely love this company! Lovely plants, well done. Thank you.
